You are so esoteric and I am jealous. Also jealous of the conversation itself. The most interesting conversation I've had lately was about if horses like tomatoes or not. Not the same mental stimulation, especially considering I was conversing with a Deaf preschooler, but it was, in fact, at a farmer's market.Tiffanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17884289924379123853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7324546173362923571.post-76679786259749032962009-07-27T19:46:16.525-07:002009-07-27T19:46:16.525-07:00Ugh.. When I said he wanted to exclude some people from having the right to free speech, I think it hit him and made him think, before he responded with a much more timid "... well, at least I said please." I think he knew he was in the wrong, and I think he even felt a little ashamed.

I could be totally wrong, but that's what it looked like.Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00816959400474038457noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7324546173362923571.post-14353914961997437682009-07-27T16:53:59.775-07:002009-07-27T16:53:59.775-07:00I'm impressed at how rational you were. Well maybe not, but I sure would have thought about doing it.Craighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09374110841642375968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7324546173362923571.post-74340290265110846962009-07-27T12:01:44.810-07:002009-07-27T12:01:44.810-07:00I can't remember who is credited as saying it ...I can't remember who is credited as saying it first, in response to the "atheism is just another religion" line, but the idea has been picked up and tweaked a bit over the years. My favorite versions are "Atheism is a religion, like baldness is a hairstyle" and "Atheism is a religion, like barefoot is a type of shoe."Justinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02402831512651615481noreply@blogger.com
